Baby development

The fetus can blink and detect changes in light.
Eyelashes, scalp hair, and fingernails continue growing.
Practice breaths move amniotic fluid rather than air.

Your body

Insomnia, clumsiness, blurred vision, bloating, constipation, and swelling may occur.
Hair and nails can grow faster or change texture.
Blood pressure monitoring becomes especially important as pregnancy advances.

This week's checklist

Tour your planned birth location or review its process remotely.
Start or refine a registry based on real needs.
Make rest and low-risk stress relief part of the schedule.

Call your care team

Call for bleeding, leaking fluid, regular painful contractions, fever, high blood pressure readings, or movement changes.
Seek urgent help for severe headache with vision changes, sudden swelling, chest pain, fainting, or trouble breathing.

Medical information, not medical advice
